Barbed(née ARTWINDSOR), Noises, Issue #03, Winter 2016
Publisher notes:
" I am more and more intrigued these days with what images and words mean; when I speak, call someone, or post something: in September 2014 when I decided to start ARTWINDSOR, I wanted, or I should say; I envisioned a large conglomerate, with editors, artists, writers, and graphic designers. Most projects I begin start slow and usually are brief, but ARTWINDSOR has stayed with me the longest. I am not sure why; sometimes I think I'm ready to move on to new things, yet this project I won't let go.
In this third issue, ARTWINDSOR continues, and it looks ahead and becomes Barbed Magazine. As its new name in the future, Barbed Magazine will be exploring new works and artists living at the Detroit-Canada border. The new name comes from all what the antonyms represent. It's just a name, a jagged name for something that's quite the opposite.
If you are a reader, l ask you to please welcome Barbed Magazine on the upcoming issue, with great content featuring restaurant reviews, artists note anokymous confessionals, and more!
